    This Routine Ensures My Face is Clean, Moisturized and Protected From The Sun.

    For My Hygiene and Body Routine I Break It Up Into 3 Parts

    Shower Routine

    For My Shower Routine I Want To Make Sure My Body Is Properly Cleansed and Maintains Moisture So I Use a Moisturizing Body Wash Along With an Exfoliating Body Scrubber To Properly Scrub Dirt and Oil From My Body.

    After Shower Routine

    After My Shower I Use a Body Lotion To Maintain My Skin Moisture, and Then I Apply a Non Aluminum Deodorant To Prevent Odor.

    Oral Routine

    My Oral Routine Is The Same For The Morning and Night, I Brush and Floss In The Morning and Night, Then I Use a Tongue Scraper, and Finish With a Mouth Wash.

    Gym

    I Go To The Gym 2-3 Times a Week To Strength or Resistance Train, In Addition To Mobility Training.

    Running

    I Also Run 2-3 Times a Week To Maintain My Cardiovascular Health

    Nutrition

    Lastly My Diet Ensures I am Consuming Enough Calories, Macro and Micronutrients To Maintain My Muscle, Weight, and Energy.

    I Make Sure To Consume Adequate Protein, Carbs, and Fats While Avoiding
